use | pain Jingning (carbamazepine) intermediate. Used as a pharmaceutical intermediate, mainly used in the synthesis of carbamazepine and other drugs |
Production method | Two molecules of o-nitrotoluene are condensed with the participation of sodium methoxide to generate 2,2 '-dinitrobiphenyl, and then iron powder-Hydrochloric acid is reduced to 2,2'-diaminobenzyl. The latter phosphate is cyclized under heating conditions to obtain 10, 11-dihydro-5H-dibenzo [B, f] nitrogen, and then phosgene is used for chloroformylation, and finally brominated and eliminated (Debrominated hydrogen) to make the product. |
